Central Mongolia and Western Mongolia: During this tour we will explore beautiful Altai region of Mongolia and visit the Kazakh, Mongolian and Tuvan nomads and explore their nomadic culture.

Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1, Arrive to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and transfer to your hotel.
Our driver will meet you at the airport and bring you to your hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.
Day 2, Exploring capital of Mongolia
Today you will explore the capital city of Mongolia: Ulaanbaatar and its surroundings. We will visit the biggest equestrian statue in the world at Tsonjin Boldog: Chinggis Khan’s Equistrian statue which is located 60 km from the city. By the evening we drive back to Ulaanbaatar and do check in at your new hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.
Day 3. Domestic flight to Hovd city
Arrive to Hovd city and meet your local team at the airport then we drive to Altai Tavan Bogd National Park. Full day drive to reach the final destination. Along the way, we will find numerous petroglyphs and Turkic stones and picnic lunch. Bayan-Ulgii is rich in archaeological remains, as a reminder of the Bronze Age and the time of the Huns and Turkic invasions. Reach to Ger camp. Overnight in Kazakh or Mongolian ger.
Day 4, Altai Tavan Bogd Mountains
Today we do a horse riding to ee the glaciers and TavanBogd massif/total of 20 km horse ride / Tavanbogd means “The Holy Five", referring to the five highest peaks, of which Huiten Uul is the highest in Mongolia, 4374 meters above sea level. There we see 20km long Potanina glacier – the biggest of the twenty glaciers in Mongolian Altai. Overnight in Kazakh or Mongolian ger.
Day 5, Visiting Kazakh Eagle hunter’s family
Drive back towards Ulgii, on the way we visit to Kazakh eagle-hunters family. See the magnificent eagles and learn about eagle-hunting. Eagle-hunters typically use female birds because they are bigger, stronger, and more aggressive than their male counterparts. Hunters typically keep their birds for 10 years before releasing them back into the wild. Overnight with Eagle hunter’s family.
Day 6. Full day with Eagle Hunter’s family.
Today you will experience the nomadic lifestyle of real Mongolian nomads and get introduced to ancient tradition of hunting with eagles. Overnight with Eagle hunter’s family.
Day 7, Drive back to Ulgii city
In the morning we drive back to Ulgii city and arrive around lunch time. After lunch we will explore the city and its sight-seeing. Overnight in hotel.
Day 8, Drive to Uvs city and catch a domestic flight back to Ulaanbaatar
After breakfast we drive to Uvs city to catch a flight back to Ulaanbaatar city. Your flight is in the evening at 19:00 to UB. Our driver in Ulaanbatar will pick you up from the airport and drive you for dinner then check in at your hotel. Dinner time in a Mongolian restaurant. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 9. Transfer to airport and Departure back to home country. End of the trip!
Include services: Domestic flights, transportation within Mongolia, hotel in Ulgii city, all the overnight Gers/yurt/ and tents, three meals a day, bottled drinking water, English speaking guide, cook, renting of riding horses or camels, support staff including drivers, all Border and National park permits.
